1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
150 grams Baru Baron’s Baru Seeds
1. Put maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and cayenne into a small sauce pan.
2.Bring to a gentle bowl over medium low heat. Stir constantly until thickens about 4 mins.
3. Once thickened, add in Baru seeds stir and put on parchment paper to cool.
4. Sprinkle with salt and allow to cool.
5. Enjoy on salads, oatmeal, or have as a simple snack.
