BARU TOMATO PESTO

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Baru Baron’s Baru Seeds
1 cup sundried tomatoes
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 cloves garlic
150ml avocado oil
TT himalayan sea salt

Instructions:

1. Pulse the baru seeds in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well incorporated. Add more oil as needed to get your desired consistency.
3. Add to your favourite dish. Enjoy!
