This is an old-fashioned Brazilian treat (pronounced “puh-soh-ka”), originally made with peanuts – but it gets even better with baru flour!
- 2 1/2 cups Baru Baron's baru flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup yellow corn flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Mix everything in a blender until combined
- Use your preferred cookie cutter and make well-pressed snack-sized portions
