- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt 150 grams
- Baru Baron's baru seeds
- Put maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and cayenne into a small sauce pan.
- Bring to a gentle bowl over medium low heat. Stir constantly until thickens about 4 mins.
- Once thickened add in Baru seeds stir and put on parchment paper to cool.
- Sprinkle with salt and allow to cool.
- Enjoy on salads, oatmeal, or have as a simple snack.
