- 1 1/3 cups of extra-roasted Baru Baron's baru seeds, peeled
- 6 tbsps of Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 2/3 tsp of Kosher salt
- Cinnamon (optional)
- Roast Baru Baron's baru seeds for an extra 15 min at 350ºF. Let it cool and peel.
- In a food processor or high-powered blender combine baru seeds with coconut oil. Blend until desired consistency is achieved, add more coconut oil if necessary.
- Add the maple syrup and salt.
- Sprinkle cinnamon for a twist!
